Six fields, one transaction.
Everything else about a launch is already decided, and decided the same way for everybody. Fill these in, sign once, and the token, its pool and its baled liquidity all exist in the same block.
The launchpad is not deployed yet, so this form has nothing to send to. The contracts are written, tested, and waiting — check back, or read how it works in the meantime.
